Shipping
For shipping charges outside the continental United States, please contact us. Many orders are shipped the same day.

Low Price Guarantee
If you find a verifiable lower advertised price from any authorized U.S. dealer before purchase or within thirty (30) days of purchase, NeatBikes will match the price or refund the difference after price is verified.**

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, exchange, or credit, minus shipping and handling charges. Any item priced under $1,499 may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or credit minus shipping and handling charges provided that:
1) Customer has contacted NeatBikes in advance that customer will return item(s).
2) Item(s) is/are returned in the same condition that it/they were sent.
3) Items must be shipped within thirty (30) days and received within ten (10) days of shipment.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returned items are subject to the initial shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Any folding bike priced over $1,499 must be shipped within ten (10) days of receipt for refund, credit, or exchange. All other conditions listed above apply to folding bikes priced over $1,499.

**NeatBikes will verify advertised price, description, brand name by contacting advertiser by phone. To qualify, items must be factory-sealed, new products. Floor samples, manufacturer's representative demonstration models, factory seconds, sale items, discontinued merchandise, liquidation sale items, or going out of business items do not fall under this guarantee. To qualify, items must be visibly advertised within the time specifications and verifiable through phone contact with advertiser. Advertised price must be verifiable through an existing online advertisement or original print advertisement. For guarantee to be valid, customer may be asked to provide an original copy of the printed advertisement. Any advertised offers that do not meet manufacturer's guidelines do not fall under this guarantee. Any online or printed errors on the part of advertisers, their agencies, or advertising vehicles do not fall under this guarantee. NeatBikes reserves the right to reject claims for other reasons.

Sales and Use Tax
NeatBikes (Silver Cosmos LLC) does not charge sales tax except on purchases shipped to addresses in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It is the purchaser's duty to pay any applicable use tax.
